Anyone know of a good source to get dvd rips of flcl?  With dub is preferred.  Trying to find it retail would be too much of a pain.

I can sympathize. It took me a good 2 years to get all my FLCL dvds. The first one I found new at a Gamestop near where I live, the second I had to pay full retail to buy at a Borders at the mall, and the 3 I found when the FYE at that same mall opened up (and what's more, I had to get my friends to help pay for it).

I recently Ive been messing around with Vocaliod2. I dont know why maybee due to sheer boredom from being off work. But its givin me an idea for a decent clip.

BTW. Im looking for a specific tune.......I find it very hard to describe but i know what it souds like but i dont know the name.

You usually see it on old cartoon shows, it the music that would be playing in like a peaceful sunrise or something like that....yeah...very hard to describe. Any ideas?

That Piccolo Song is "Morning" by Peer Gynt or William Tell's "Overture". In "Overture", the section that is most popular is called "Ranz Des Vaches" ("Call of the Cows"). It's about six minutes in. (also, gotta love looney tunes wiki for having this info, as they originally used both.)
