It does fall under Fair use (and easily, too), but tell that to YouTube's automatic killing script.

It was automatically flagged by Funi, but with the newer flags... must've hit a section of the music, and it was killed.
That, or the entire 'full-length' thing, youtube is real touchy about that now if you're not a company that has signed up with them.
